  1. welcome to the stable GD...., i didnt think id be keeping these, in the company they are in i didnt think id like them but after today i most certianly wont be touching the yamaha tour 9* GD bb6x! this gave me a little lighter feel with super tight dispersion . low low spin, and an almost impossible shot to snap hook. lowish launch without running on the ground and plenty of roll love this set up perfectly as is. stats read 45 x d2 persume prob 318 gram there abouts. certainly gave me some oomph to the shot when i had a go at it, did push a cpl right but thats expected with my cricket swing, i can live with that. the 9* kept the ball down but not worm burning style, and i thought ad the GD being slightyl higher launching balanced out the shot perfectly. as with all X flex shafts u really have to give em a nudge to get the best from them , this NO exception. the good shots were perfect, the bad, well id be scrubbing around third cut rough, not asking for a ladder to get to the ball outta the trees 3 fairway left. i immediatly thought i needed this at longy all summer! damn the 16th woulda been eaten up! i guess this is what ill be playing this summer in hawaii when it gets all blowy on me at the turtleBay . the 10* bb6s was a real surprise. expected nothing what so ever, but got a nice surprise. its def not as tight as the x , it def has more sling to it and def a softer flex, that was very noticeable, i could much more easily snap this and slice it . but mostly i just got a high soaring bomb with it, i liked it! the good shots went further with the S than the x shaft with oodles more carry, and i immedialty thought of switching the shafts aoround , put the x in the 10 nad the S in the 9, but that was just exasserbate the bad shots more i realised. no they are right as they are. yes i could play the BB6 stiff no problems. no problems at all but for sure the X gave me more scope and straighter shots this is a very good shaft for those that are looking at mid laucnh low spin with roll and plenty of feel to it, its a slingy rubbery shot like the quadrfire express in a way. but lower spin i liked it a lot very good sesshy today this will be staying the BB6s will be put in another head as its JUST a bit too soft still the bb6x will not be going anywhere!
