I seriously hope you are kidding Johnny. My dream set is somehow to make blank MBs (Maybe MP37s because you have the only blank TNs I know of) play like forged player's CBs.

The MR23 US Spec/RAC CBs play too much like blades. I find the XBlades to be just as forgiving. I want TM300 forgivess but in MB form and almost totally blank in gunmetal like the TA1s

As for the RAC protos.....I prefer retail JAPAN RETAIL. US Tour equipment is a crap shoot. You never know how bad or how good your going to get until you spend the $$$$.

Nope not kidding RAC proto's are :money: new anyways...My TN's are not completey blank...one set like JoeK's.. has the mizuno M and the mizuno pro script...just no TN-87 stamp. My other set just has the mizuno M and nothing else...the later set is far from new though.

RAC proto's fell pretty damn good..and I'm not generally a TM fan.

sorry, deviating here a bit, when you say the Racs are big $$$, how much are we talking about? 1, 2, 3, 4, 5,k? and are they worth? now back to the subject at hand..

who plays these irons on the JPGA tour?

worth is subjective....new I guess the going rate is 3.5-4K...limited # availaible and rumored to be as low as 25 sets or so...I've seen used in the low-mid 2's..still not chump change. I've heard new retail RAC TP CB's are going to be about 1K as well..

Johnny if like them the TP CBs might be worth a look then.

Chris, I know you can get any Miz blank. The Miz rep let me know the other day that the 2002/2003 Miz Japan Models are going to be on major closeout starting Oct 15 over here. I'm letting that day arrive so I can decide whether new S10, S30, SV30, or even E10 then I'll work on the blank and black Miz. I might be able to get you sets. The intial computations are they will be going for around $420-480 new.

I was offered a set of Rac protos at an un real low cost of 2700.00 2-PW brand new.

I know some people selling it for 4000 - 5000

If the retail version will cost 1000.00 they better be made by miura.

No one is currently playing hiro matsumoto irons on the JPGA tour. The operation is very traditional, they have a tour van but I have never seen it at an actual event.

yes mid 2's is what I would be willing to pay...

No retail TP's will not be Miura...

Yes no one play's Hiro's on the tour..hell I dont see Miura's being played either..does not mean they are bad clubs.. I see alot of tourstage (201's in particular)..Titleist (704's) Srixon's,Mizuno's.. etc.

There both incredible irons but you need to win the lottery to get them, but they are the awesome sets. I like the Srixon I-404 irons also. Cool pics Chris your making all the Ho's mouths water. lol
