Posted October 25, 200420 yr I was just wondering how this shaft would play in a X-drive 390. I am currently playing a fuji 757 with the 390. It just feels like it is hard to work the ball with this shaft. when I put a good swing on it the ball usally goes straight or a slight fade. I was just wondering if the NV might be a little more friendlier. I has a NV-75 in my 3 wood (mp-001) and it is a rocket. It has a nice ball flight. Any suggestion? Thanks, Bobby

The 757 is a much friendlier shaft IMHO than the NV's. Also, it will give you a much lower trajectory than the 757.
October 25, 200420 yr Author Hi FAQ, What would you recomend? The NV in my 3 wood just feels alot less demanding to me. Thanks
October 25, 200420 yr Hi FAQ,What would you recomend? The NV in my 3 wood just feels alot less demanding to me. Thanks You are probably just able to control the 3 better because it's a smaller head. I'd suggest to call Joe Kwok and let him ask you a few things about your swing and ball flight. He's very good with fitting and he could provide you with some very good answers.. It's hard to recommend without knowing more about your swing. I'll stick with the NV's being unfriendly though. Here's Joe's number - (650) 757-8310 Best time is about 11A to 2P Pacific Time. He's a good guy.
