Didier Yes sir, they run small in size. I'm 165 6ft and couldn't fit the XL comfortably. They are sold out but a few shops have them still in size's S and M. If you fit a U.S large the XL should be Ok for most. Its comfortable & warm. the 2004 TM R7 leather Japan employee Jacket is another really cool jacket.
