Anyone still playing Zodia wedges...and why?

I'm looking at the KM Tour US Spec line, and would be interested in general feedback about Zodia wedges.

For comparison, the best wedges I've played for consistency have been Ping M/B and Vokey Raw 200 series.

Thanks.

Brian

I had a US Spec Zodia over the summer. Spins the ball like crazy. Smaller head than the MB. Had a real tendency to dig on chips so I got rid of it.

Why go for the U.S. Spec line?

I've played Japan Zodia's for years and they are great wedges. The Premium line has a nice grind for laying out the club too. I'm using the MP's now with lower lofts and I'm very happy with them, but the Zodia's are really a great wedge. I still keep the 53* and the 59*. Sharper, square tour grooves. I found them to be very accurate. That being said, I have a couple of Japan Scratch coming and I'm really looking forward to those.

I play the 53* and 58* Zodia raw wedges.  The wedges feel great, soft and the grooves are the best I have seen.  Sharp and deep.  The heads I believe are heavier than most and this definitey contributes to the feel.  I will keep these in the bag for a long time.

Head weight on the Zodias varies based on whether it's a US Spec or Japanese model. The US Spec weigh the same as a Vokey or RAC. The Japanese model is significantly lighter.
