Thinking about doing a transaction with Todd from tks putters.

Anyone have any experiences with him - both good or bad?

Thanks.

There are no negatives dealing with Todd.I have bought from him numerous times. He will do everything in his power to satisfy your requests.

The Doc

Todd is a great guy to do business with. He is very professional and does what he says. His products come straight from RJB, so no worries on authenticity.

Agreed, Todd is a great guy and the only one with access to new, in the plastic, Tour and non-Hogan Betti's.

Pricey, but the service is worth it.

No need to worry TKS is the man for the best of Bettinardi!

I'd give him a vote of confidence too. Fast shipping even out to me here in Hong Kong!

Only criticism I can think of is that his communications are a bit abrupt, but then that would be TOTALLY just nit-picking and unfair. After all, with the amount of emails I'm sure he gets, I would be just as abrupt, and probably rude too!

I feel a little more confident now about dealing with him.

Was a bit apprehensive to drop down that much on a putter, but everyone here seems to be satisfied with his services and products.

Thanks again.

Todd responds to emails quickly, will get the product out to your quickly, and will adjust the putter for you -length, lie.

Also, if ever want the putter refinished, new shaft, band, grip -- Bettinardi will do that for you very reasonably. Just call them when you need it done.

I have bought and sold 5 or 6 Betts with Todd. Good Businessman and completely reputable.

I also agree with what has been said above. I once e-mailed Todd to ask about a Bettinardi putter. My mail was replied to in A FEW MINUTES' time. I really couldn't believe it. Maybe I was lucky that day. But considering that Scotty Cameron and Kevin Burns never reply to my e-mails, you sure get the picture how much attention Todd gives to his customers.

Seems a bit expensive bt he has great stuff!! I have been watching his site for awhile. :-)

Todd, is the real deal. I have personally bought atleast 12 putters for him. If you want a tour putter he is the one to buy from. As far as the Japan models you can find them cheaper elsewhere. I will have several Bettinardis for sale tomorrow, if anyone is interested.

Everyone, I appreciate all the very nice comments. I have met many very nice people throughout the world and I appreciate everyones kind words. I am all about customer service as life is too short to get upset with people. So if you ever need anything, just let me know as I will do my best to make you a very happy customer. Thanks again.
