    The absolute greatest character Carson invented was a red wool pendleton coat, ear flap cap wearing guy named Floyd R Turbo..who came on stage with the American flag in the back ground, saluted, and introduced himself as " Floyd R Turbo, 'Merican" cracks me up to this day...the man was genius...
