kenjian
I currently own the same maru putter Sticky has posted on his tour pics, except the prototype stamped lettering is in white instead of gold on his pic. Anyone know how muc I can sell it for? Ive had it for ever since it first came out and never used it..and I have no idea how much bettinardi putters are going for these days. Im guessing its the black XM360 with maru script on the sole and cavity? Brand new they go for retail 800.00, when i bought mine almost 1 1/2 ago it was 860.00. hope that helps some. kenjian
thanx for your helps. Im dont think this is XM360..it looks has the same finish and same M stamping in the cavity of the one in STICKY:TOUR PIC posted by Precision in the forum with the same finish. The difference is it has white prototype lettering on the neck with a copper insert. The bottom says Robert J Bettinartti in gold with a triangle ZABI logo. Inisde the necks says maru 23 as well in gold. From my understanding, these are the first issue of maru 23 putters by RJB and the prototype were only 13 made. I even had a letter written by Robert on the authenticity of this putter...and I lost it. I know..but hey, S**T happens! :money:
lightrider
There were alot of Prototypes/limited runs in this style. I sold one on Ebay a few years ago for around $400.00. The Stainless one may go for alitttle more. It is a great putter. He made different weights (340/350), materials (stainless/carbon), and finishes(few flat black). Also, like yours a few with Inserts. He would do Runs of 500 with something like first 10 being Stainless and models with Inserts and without.
