scratchman
Can anyone give me a review on this shaft? Compare it to a 757 or 771TA. I would appreciate any help. Thanks
scratchman
Anyone? Is Joe K out there tonight? Any input would be great. Thanks
PxExG
I found this to be a truly underwhelming shaft. Its light, plays true to flex I think, feels "smooth" but just doesnt do it for me. Almost plays like an "on spec" stock shaft. I prefer the feel of the 757 to it but I get better performance out of the 661 (for the record, after my stint with Speeder my next two shafts I love - NV 65-X and Accuflex Evolution)
birdieboy831
I found the 661 to launch higher then the 757 and it felt much lighter than the 6 plus less grams. I feel i can "go after the 757" but the 661 requires a smoother controlled swing tempo. hope it helps.
FAQ
Can anyone give me a review on this shaft? Compare it to a 757 or 771TA. I would appreciate any help. Thanks The 661 is lighter, higher launch and a little more "brittle" feeling than the 757. Very good shaft for the swinger that isn't real aggressive in loading the shaft. joey3108
Sorry Guys ! I just catch this thread. :smile1: It looks like you've got a very good answer from a good guys. I will add a little more here. 661 is just basically a little brother of 660 tr and older brother of 652. Specs are just in between these two brothers. Cheers! Joe
