Creating another Custom Grind Mizzy Set!

Recommended Posts

So I got the most recent set of Custom Grind Mizzy Irons in and just love them..

Id like to order another but need the feedback on what to get.

Any Suggestions on setup, grind, finish, stampings/fill etc...

I'm going to get them with the New NS Pro 1150's. There are currently mixed reviews on this shaft so I need to find out for myself.

Got to get the square toe, again...looks great.

Zero offset.

Thinner topline than last set.

Heel relief plus narrower soles(tour grind???) and whatever the grind was on the last set.

I'm thinking the shiny black finish would be schweet on those heads...I mean really nice!

custom2.jpg

Limited stamps, just "M"(centered low) or "Mizuno"(centered low).

Paintfill???...you tell me. Most anything will look good with black, but I would probably go black/black.

Heavy heads and be sure to get a 3-iron.

Then, when you decide to sell...PM me first!!!

Square toe, 2mm offset, same topline, killed leading and trailing edge, heel and toe relief, tour grooves, shiny black (damn HOT), M on the muscle cavity near the toe, and screaming yellow paintfill!!! :finger:

then hit them a round or two, then sell them to me along with tsg4tch's set~~

The black is awesome - personally I like rounder rather than square and a thin top line.

Do you have a larger pic of those heads above ?

im assusming from your pic your gonna get all 32s since you already have a combo set. Square heel and toe, shiny black, below muscle center "M" in white paint fill, black number paintfill if possible to mix up number and logo, rounder leading edge, thinner sole, no offset. Id switch up the pw with a regular mp wedge or switch 8,9, and pw with mp33s same finish and grinds as the whole set. OMG im drooling over giving iron advice for another person. I knew i should have held out of my current set and bought some custom mizzys. O well, it would only be for the drool factor because my mizzys are already pie.

Did you ever find out if you can get your name scripted/etched on the soles like the Tourstage staffers?

What don't you like about the combo set of customs you just got that caused you to sell and make another custom?

This Year my goal is to buy one of every killer import club, thats right every good driver, irons, FW, putter, wedge etc etc.. just 1 of each for pic and review purposes.

I like them a lot, its just I have 2 more personal sets of custom grinds coming and I would like to get ideas on a third.

These never even came close to replacing my Gauge MB's, the only threat they would have is the new NC-1 CB coming out in June.

Sorry this is not an option for us.
