hue
What effect will cutting off 3" at the tip end of a Fuji X flex 904HB have on the way the shaft play flex wise? Are they parallel tipped? If so I understand that the tip section for 6" or so is very stiff so will tipping 3" at the tip end mean the shaft will send the ball up more. I am thinking of putting the shaft in a 19* Sonartec Md.
scratchgolfnut69
The parallel tip section is only 2" on the 904 hb so you'll probably snap the shaft on your first hard swing
Lowpro
tipping the shaft that much will push the x flex into a xx or more.. very hard feeling and will do the opposite-- most likely have a lower ball flight and club that feels like steel pole.. bobduda
have you ever tried to swing a power pole? ... as in a 35 foot long 10 inch diameter real power pole? .... it would be somewhat the same sensation i would assume, ..... until it snaps! :bomb1:
