I was just flicking through some ebay auctions and found some really sweet equipment... It just got me thinking what I would do if I had the money:

I would love to try the following:

X-Drive 2 340cc Pro Spec 9.5* with Graphite Design M-65 Stiff

Mizuno Custom Ground Zero Offset, thinned topline + rounded toe, MP-27 & 32 Combo set 2 - 9 with DG X-100s

Gauge Design Tour Zero Black Finish 345gram head weight

I think I could make do with a Sonartec 3 wood and my Scratch wedges but these clubs are the :surprize: :surprize: IMHO

That is the exact club I got a few weeks ago. I love the 340 size. As I posted in another thread, I have only hit it at the range twice (maybe 10 balls each time), but side by side w/ the R7, I prefer the lower torque on the I65 shaft. Distance is slightly better with the X, but I like the higher trajectory w/ the R. Another big advantage I give the Tourstage is the feel and sound at impact. Most definitely different than anything else out there. A subdued and controlled "hot" feel. I may give it one or two more runs, but it is quite a pricey "backup". I hope the X-Drive wins out, but if not I will happily carry my R7 into battle.
