dodge
Anyone have any experience with these? Comparission to DGX100's would be most helpful.
dorkman53
I can't compare to that flex of DG, but I've had DG S-3's, and currently have Tour Concepts, though in R3 flex. My take; the Tour Concepts are smoother; a silky feeling. Dynamic Golds are not as smooth, and have an odd vibration on certain hits that I don't find with the Tour Concepts. The Tour Concepts are also flighted, so I find it easier to hit long irons with them vs. Dymamic Golds. Price? DG's are very nicely priced. You'll pay a premium for Tour Concepts. HoMStYLz
Anyone have any experience with these? Comparission to DGX100's would be most helpful. they were in my TP2 irons but i went back to the DG x100's because they felt too soft & the ball was aballooning on punch shots. i believe some of this had to do because it is a cavity back iron but ive got another set of TC x1's coming in my Scratch blades that will be here tomorrow, FINALLY!!!! the TS's are great shafts, they just didn't work well on these irons, i think it will be different as i will be able to control the ball flight better with these blades. thats the last time i goto a set of semi-cavity backs! shoe295
I have to agree with dorkman..very smooth feel, even mis**ts don't hurt as much..as a career low ball hitting I am amazed at how much easier it is to get closer to the hole if you hit the ball high, which is what these allow me to do without any swing adjustments. If your looking for a higher ball flight combined with a responsive mellow feel I would recommend these...in my opinion worth the expense... Unlike hom I find my punch shots will stay under the wind just fine...at last an advantage to having an old man's swing speed

I'm gonna gonna hafta swing a bit easier & try out the pitch shots today to see if I have the same problem. Today will be the 1st time in a month I am using the TC x1's. I didn't get them in the wedges because obviously those are the 2 clubs I try to hit low punch shots with anyways. I'll post my lil review on the TC's in my new sticks.
