I'm running out of options to get hold of Ari at Scratch so I'm leaving a message here. If anyone is in touch with Ari oranyone else at Scratch I'd be really grateful if you could let them know someone has been trying to get hold of them for a while now with no replies. Many thanks!

Ari, I'm really struggling to get hold of you to find out the latest on my custom order of Scratch Wedges.

I'd be really grateful if you could respond to one of the emails I have sent during the past 2 weeks or the telephone message I left around 4 days ago. As I've heard nothing back from these I am a little concerned.

All I'm after is an estimated delivery time as its now 6 weeks since the order was placed.

I'm in the same boat, I sent Ari an email last night to verify that my irons actually got shipped two weeks ago.

I placed my order on April 4. :confused: Seeing your post doesn't make me feel any better either.

Seany your clubs are on the way back from the finisher. DUBBED your clubs shipped a little over 2 weeks ago I believe we are just experiencing a little delay with Canadian customs. (not the first time)

Sorry guys for the lack of communication we have been incredibly busy moving into a new shop etc and I havent had full time internet connection. As of yesterday I have DSL again so I will be around full time once again. Sorry for any angst or confusion I have caused. :cool: [/u]
