Have a CT Del Mar 3.5 3XB SSS which is a beauty and putts real nice. Decided to preserve it for the future. Have had a Tourstage with that head shape which sits in the office for me to use when I'm "thinking". Have also tried the Never Compromise #4 which is also nice. BUT, I recently managed to get a hold of a rare Gauge Handmade Forged L which is more or less like the Del Mar 3.5 with very slightly sharper lines. Put it in play recently and I absolutely love it. Black with triple sight lines is exactly what I like and the putter feels real soft. I've been searching for a back-up already. Ask Chris if he can locate one for you.

Yes it is the only head style like this that GD JPN makes. Feel wise, its very close actually at ball impact id say the Forged L is the only Gauge putter that feels a tad better than the Balde.

July 21, 200519 yr I use to play a BB16H. I was this close from getting that gauge putter from Chris but decided to go back to the anser style. My BB16H probably hasn't seen the light of day in 6 months. I'll probably take it out this weekend just to see what I end up doing with it.
