folks, I am ready to get a new set of iron, yet, just have really hard time to make up my mind, therefore, I am here to seek some advises. there are few different iron sets on my list: 1) Callaway X Tour, 2) PRGR TR 910, 3) Mizuno JPX E301, 4) Srixon I505, and 5) Mizuno MP37. currently, I am using PRGR 900TR (Speed Iron) 2-PW, AW, and SW with Rifle 6.0, and would like to use project x 5.5 in my new iron set. any commons are more than welcome, thanks a lot!

if you want a true forged set with a great solid feel stay away from the x tours.....although they are forged i found they did not provide the solid strike achieved from most other forgings......they felt to me a bit hollow. the mp 37s are a beautiful set, not to difficult to hit for a blade but are much more demanding than a players cavity! these are the only two sets i have tried, however i would love to give the srixons a go....chris (tourspecgolfer) has recommended these! hope you find what your looking for.....

Here are some top suggestions worth looking into:

. Gauge Japan NC-1 Cavity Backs

. PRGR 910 or 915 CR

. Custom Grind Mizuno's

. The new Srixon I-505 Irons

. Tourstage ViQ Forged

910's ALL THE WAY or GD NC-1's = M-O-N-E-Y.

i didnt mention the obvious nc-1s because they werent on your list, but honestly these are the job! best irons out easily
