dcc14
+1, I think I'm going 1150 tours (S) softstepped to get them around a 5.5 freq. I'm a 5.5 px guy, but I want to give the nippons a shot for the added 'feel'. I know you moved on from the 750 wraps but did you go back to the px's or another nippon? Yes 1150's in stiff soft stepped sounds perfect. I was a PX6.0 kinda guy until I tried the 1150 in stiff, Its a tad softer and far better. Phillip Alexander
 Great looking clubs. I think removing the paint fill makes them look stylish. I also would be interested to know what you shaft them with and how they perform

Phillip Alexander
Plods (Peter Lonard) is awesome. He should start winning more in the US shortly. However the golf tour I refer to is the mates golf and drinking tour. Golf by day, drink by night. BTW how's the Guiness over there.

mrzodia
hey well i have the 1150's x in my GD NC-1's. absolutely wonderful combination. The heads are reall y soft and very forgiving. Truly a players cb. The 1150's have way more feel than my previous s300. I've also gained about 5-10 yards on each iron. Unlike the the 950's, it didn't balloon. It was a boring trajectory. However in times of needing to hit a high shot, it was no problem. Very easy to work, and a stellar combo.
dcc14
MZ, Thanks for the info, much appreciated. It's fair to say I'm more than excited to give this combo a run myself! Dave
