The 405 is the most solid driver that I have hit to date. I love every aspect of it. Trajectory, sound, feel, looks.....this thing has it all. Mine is shafted with the Graphite Design M-65 stiff and it mates perfectly with this head. I have never as much confidence with a driver as I do with this baby!! The only club that could possibly put this out of the bag is the new X-drive 435 and the only way that could get in the bag is if Chris hooks up a sweet deal!! Hope this helps!! GO TOURSTAGE!!!!!!

im still to hit the 405 never mind the 435. it looks to me very like the 510 tp, but how do these compare?

i was hitting a 510 tp last week and was bombimg it.....so any insight would help :tsg_smilie_cool:

I've hit both, and you're right they're not too dissimilair, both very solid feeling, I'd give the nod to the TS(surprise surprise!) I think the Turbo Rubber makes a significant contribution to the sound and therefore feel.

. The look of the TS is just that bit better too, slightly more pear shaped?. TS is bigger but hides it's size very well.

I'm definately going ot get a 435 after the Christmas break!

The 405 is the BEST driver I have ever owned and I tried a lot. I have the M-65 stiff and It is well worth the investment. I have a 435 coming and I am looking forward to that . :tsg_smilie_cool:
