what color are the diamana ion shafts? I checked out the japanese web site, on those pages they looked like a black & red or black & blue color scheme. Other pics they appear to be a grey gun metal finish. As seinfeld says "whats the deal?"

like a vista tour?

i just got one in the mail today and thought i was jipped when i saw the finish......then i took it to the sun light and it looks GREAT! it is a TAD darker in way than the vista tour i would think. in the light of a house it is not amazing at all, looks grey almost, but when the sun light hits it, it looks steel. pretty cool

To the 1 stunner, I'm considering the FT-3 tour as a driver option but want a sweet shaft upgrade. How do you like your Diamana Ion in X-flex with this head. Can you give me insight to launch characteristics, thanks

No its not that sort of chrome, the Japanese flower band Ion shafts look like this:

does anybody have silver ion shaft on titleist head, i was thinking to put one on the new titleist 905r when they come out.
