Breal
You know who cares, Just grip it and rip it !!! I think no matter what you have in the bag, your ability and swing dictates how good you are and equipment all is the same.. It comes down to the boy with the most and best toys and saying you payed so much money for the clubs and still a hack.. With the Japan stuff with better metals and performance etc. might have some better feel and quality but not enough to make a difference unless your a gamer looking for a little more. Being said if you have the money and you want to say (ha ha I paid 2 grand for clubs) so be it. But it's not going to change your game but it will make you feel good cool go for it. But I thought we all wanted to shot lower scores and beat the course not are wallets and brains. I buy Japan stuff some times when I'm looking for a little more. And I find it sometimes and then I don't . But it is also fun to buy, but in the long run its there business, but it wont change the game. Just buy what you like and work on the swing and your game. 1thunder
In my opinion it all comes down to marketing. Who ever does it the best can sell anything( Quality or Crap) If you don't know about it you won't buy it.....Are there better quality clubs available always, but most people want to play what their favorite pro plays....That is the majority of the weekend golfer...Lessons no way I want what Tiger,Phil, Sergio or Ernie plays....It's Cool :tsg_smiley_laughatyou: In my opinion Ping was so successful in the mid 80 early 90's due to their lie codes.....They were ahead of the pack. We all know how much better an iron set plays if you have the correct lie. Now everyone tries to offer custom fitting to a degree.
