plus1
sold the g fields and am still using the scratch 05 cbs...they are too hard too shake off. Softer than the g fields and imo prettier from address. the g fields look better in the bag, but actions speak louder than words Actually waiting on a new set of scratch blades..... +TourSpecGolfer
G-Fields are sold out until late June, but I can get you Scratch Irons cheaper than anyone on the web for TSG'ers only. Drop me a PM if interested. My Pros and Cons: Scratch: Pros: - Softer than G-Fields due to 1018 vs 1020 - Thinner Topline ( could be good or bad ) - Many different options available - Majority of U.S shaft options available. Cons: - Poor Resale Value G-Field: Pros: - CNC milling soft yet not mushy vibration dampening - Very forgiving - CG locations are mapped digitally to the .mm for consistancy - Rare Japanese shaft options - Great Resale Value - JPGA Tour Win with Y.E Yang and 6 sets in play by non G-Field sponsored pros Cons: - Sold Out till late June - To many different models of CB cause confusion Any set you select should be good. Also keep in mind there are other options as far as Irons go.
