are there any reasonably priced shafts that will have playing characteristics to the Axiv shaft? looking for value alongwith the performance. thanks

You could try something from the UST/Accra line. I've never hit an Axiv so I don't know how htey would compare, but the Accra's were designed by ust and Mamiya.

Accra line isnt anything like the Axiv IMO, same parent company but in design, feel and performance they seem a bit more boardy and tip stiff with a less aggresive kick.
