Alcap26
Pete, I would have to agree with your father on the thermostat issue. It should not cost that much to get a new one put in. I played golf today and I felt like I had my old swing and the wedge game that has been MIA for the last year showed back up. I sure as hell hope it stays around. I also hit the Titleist 704cb today and they felt pretty darn good. I might be getting a set because the 300's are really starting to show some wear. I also picked up a TM retro raylor 19° for 40 bucks at Sams club and I thought what the hell give it a try. I think I am playing again tomorrow. Oh well good luck with the car Pete. shoe295
Yeah good luck with your car pete and I do hope it is something small and inexpensive .shoe almost there man , can feel it but these summer cold's or flu or whatever the hell it is has got to be worse than the winter crap :x fact..I don't know if it's because the bug is worse or the fact that the weather is much nicer and you FEEL like you are wasting it or what..2 aspirin, drink lots of fluids, bedrest, call me in the morning, that'll be $120, and because I'm such a nice guy you can make that Canadian bills.. Al...if you see my iron game on the course or in your neighborhood I'd be obliged if you'd send it home, I kinda miss it...glad you found your wedge game..adds to the enjoyment when your not pissed at yourself after every short shot. Alcap26
You better believe will. I was so frustrated one day I started just trying to chip with the three wood from everywhere and the cleveland wedge almost met a watery grave. I have ground most of the bounce off of the cleveland but I can't wait until my Scratch gets here.
phillypete
sunday I had a terrible wedge game so I hit the chipping green for a couple of hours after my round... Monday it all paid off. I had a chip in for birdie on a par three and almost chipped in on the last hole to win by two strokes, but alas I had to putt to by one. Maybe there is something to this practice thing... Alcap26
Guys I need your opinions on these clubs. i am selling three clubs to help finance a new set of 704cb or 690cb...maybe even a Yamaha Vstar 750...anyway. The rescue I was going to price at $175 it has an aldila nv105s and a retail headcover. This is tour issue not tp and the top has no idiot marks. The Studio Stainless Newport 2.5 is going to be priced at 150 with the headcover and no pivot tool (for some reason I can't find the damn thing). The headcover has a nick in it which is circled. The Pro Platinum Laguna 2 is going to be priced at 125. All are in great shape. Do you think these prices are fair? I hope this is not out of line but I am fairly new at this golf club selling and I just need a little help. The prices include shipping or should I charge a modest fee for shipping? The link to the clubs is below http://www.tourspecgolf.com/modules.php?na...cat=10026&pos=
Mike
Just had a look at the pic's Al , and you are asking fair and reasonable price's for them all . If you are to add something even a little bit for shipping I would include it in the price . Say add $10 to make it $135 for the 2.5 Scotty shipped and paypalled . That way there are no extra costs to add on at the end . The buyer know's exactly what he is paying going into the deal then . Hope this helps . :)
Alcap26
Thanks Mike. I just did not know what fair prices would be and I knew you guys could help.
shoe295
I'd agree with Mike..seem fair and reasonable to me..
Alcap26
Now I can't find the damn pivot tool that goes with the studio stainless...do you think 150 is still a fair price even with the pivot tool missing. I may be leaning towards a Harley Sportser 883 custom or a Yamaha Vstar classic 750. About 2 grand more for the Harley but then again it is a Harley. Oh well the 704's might have to wait. Many decisions to make.
phillypete
Those prices seem fine to me... the Scotty's are very tempting! but I can't In other news... The mechanic said my car needs a new head gasket... $300... no new putter for pete.

Hmmmmmmmmm Myself it would be easy , but it would have to be bigger that a 883 thats for sure  A lot bigger :D
Alcap26
Well I have to look at price also. I would love to have the dynaglide lowrider but a little to much for me. I like the 883 and it is enough for me...not a big guy here and the 750 vstar but the vstar is about 2 grand less. Might look at the 1200 sportster but the vstart classic does have a great look. Oh and thanks for the opinions on the upcoming sale I am going to post. Still mulling over a few items but almost 100% sure on the sale. I know for you it is still not cheap , but just think what it could have been .

And last my the golf gods smile on you and your sale . Best of luck :)
