I am currently using TS X-drive 405HR with GD I-65(x) shaft, doing very well for 1 year now. However, I am determined to upgrade to the new X-Drive 430P, but was wondering which shaft would go better with it? The GD-QT65(x) or An Axiv? My swing speed is 49m/s. Pls. help! Thanks.

I had been using the same shaft for ~2 yrs in an old 9* PRGR TR 340cc head (I like smaller heads). At 36 yrs of age and losing a bit of flexibility I was finding I had to work a bit hard towards the end of a round to get this shaft to kick. I recently reshafted to a Rombax 7V05x and find this a tad more playable all day, slightly higher trajectory, and just as tight. The I-65x is now in my PRGR 3 wood and it feels even better in that club than it did in the driver. I'm smashing the 3 wood - nice heavy feeling shaft the I-65.

My swing speed is 110-115 Mph with the driver - (very) late hit and a bit steep into the ball.

Hope this helps!
