any opinions on the new flighted (t.t.) project x iron shafts, would appreciate opions/first hand knowledge on the difference in actual flex between the original rifle px and the new true temper px flighted.

smoother tip feel in the flighted set IN the long irons only. once you hit the 6 iron down they are the same shaft. long iorns only have a smoother and higher launch. Only difference. need or want all the irons to fly a tad higher>>>> PX HL high luanch are the ticket..

I had the original PXs before in my Srixons and I wasn't overly impressed with the feel. Distance was ok, but the shaft generally felt harsh. Switched to the PX flighted when I got my Cally X-Forged and I haven't looked back. The PX flighted feel smoother, are easier to hit especially with the longer clubs, and give me a lot more control than the original PX. Flex would play the same.
