Posted May 13, 200717 yr Other than the line underneath the loft of the Japanese Mizuno CLK FLI-HI, does anyone know how they differ (or might be similiar) from the Mizuno USA CLK FLI-HI? Thanks much in advance.
May 14, 200717 yr Not sure, but I think Chris once said that all Mizuno stuff are made in Japan - no matter where it is being sold in the world - so my guess is there will be no difference in the material used and the quality of the two products.
May 14, 200717 yr Dave, You know you want to go Tourstage or Fourteen, right? Just kidding. On the serious side, I don't have a Japanese CLK on hand for comparison but the groove pattern and perimeter weight slot (blue groove along the back of the club) look very close.
May 16, 200717 yr They are the same thing U.S and Japanese versions. Mizuno has not made a wood in Japan for some while now. Not sure when the last one was but most brands make their drivers and woods in China or Taiwan now days.
