July 1, 200717 yr Author Did they engrave your name? I didn't know they could do that. Nice! sure they do you know what...actually not they...he.. ...ask chris about it ... pay for extra money for initials, stamps, and so on...
July 1, 200717 yr Author I love the hat on the smiley face chris... when i got that gss, i was amazed at crown's square dots...crown dots are normally three or seven... also they are normally round... well...this kind of stuffs are not for the regular golfers...just for scotty's fan... now...red dots and slit line combo( gold's factory) works better, feel better and sounds much better... July 2, 200717 yr can i ask what the gold's is made from? its not just one of the regular private stock no 1 or 2 is it? or is it a gss gold's? The golds is a modified private stock 1. GSS is possible you are aware its simply heat treated SS303 correct?
July 3, 200717 yr Heat treated before the forging? How hot? I imagine it is not just barbeque type heat and you would need special equipment.
July 3, 200717 yr Chris, i had no idea thats all it was, why then is it so expensive, i did know it was the process, just not exactly what was done to it, same with bettinardi and the double aged stainless steel correct?
July 3, 200717 yr The golds is a modified private stock 1. GSS is possible you are aware its simply heat treated SS303 correct? Modified 1 or II?? I think it's a II (2)
