Duffer19
I have a chance to pick up a brand new RC CV Pro driver head for an AXIV shaft I have but somehow slightly concern about the 390cc head size as I have been playing 460cc drivers. I have the impression that RC driver or particularly CV Pro is not as forgiving as some others. I would be grateful for some playing experience or insight on RC drivers as I am very familiar with RC fairway woods. My ss is approximately 85 to 88 mph and play to a 15 hdcp. gocchin
I think you're right R and the CV Pro was definitely aimed towards the lower handicapper. RC Pro's loved it. Hey but you're good enough to hit it... even with your swing speed, matching it with the right Axiv and hitting it on the sweetspot will go .... (^_^) It was so popular in fact that it's still listed on RC's website as current product. The face is pretty deep if I remember correctly. Did you get the wrench for the adjustable little weights? Apparently the CV Pro is also great in windy conditions.
Duffer19
I have not pull the trigger on it yet as I can only play so many driver at the time. I know it has the adjustable weights but did not bother to ask about the wrench yet.
+TourSpecGolfer
It does fly a bit lower than most, even X-Drives, it just doesn't have the pop and feel I expected, they do have the new version that I have not tried but their past 2 models were dud's unlike their great FW's.
