Richmond Golfer
Hi, I am new to the forum and looking to get some information on these these irons how they play and compare. Any user comments? Thank you.
gocchin
Hi there, welcome to the forums. They are both pretty high end soft forgings. It's going to be hard to find someone who has played both probably due to their cost. The Gold's Factory are pretty much made on order and can be customized but because of this there is a wait time. The Yururi's are standard and ready to go. Both can be shafted with pretty much everything which will also affect the way they play. In other words both are soft, players type CB's with more compact heads that can be fit to any player and perform.
+TourSpecGolfer
I would say the Gold's feel a tad softer but the Yururi's look better, setup better, and IMO play better.
idrive
I have played the Golds, they are fantastic. They setup very nicely and very easy to hit. They look much better to me as the Yururi's are much to busy for my eye. And yes, they feel like butta, and are still very forgiving. I have not hit anything that has felt better. If not for my Factory custom made EPON's they would be in my bag.
plus1
I have hit the golds which are very soft, and solid! I personally liked them however not enoughto buy a set. I have not hit the yururi but to me they LOOK as though they are more hollow in the cavity which tends to produce a less solid feel at impact, and will more than likely give a Game Improvement feel. This is based purely on the look of the cavity - just an opinion.
