Duffer19
I was trying to find out some Axiv spec but site seems to be under construction with the promo for the new X series shaft. Would any one have more information on new shaft?

gocchin
It's a new carbon weave concept Axiv has for men and ladies. When we have more details we'll let everyone know.
Blader-X
If its even one step better than the AxivV it'll be on awesome shaft. Even though I no longer play the AxivV, I still think its one of the very best out there. Hello Axiv X??!!
shinichi808
you know i just noticed axiv is following the same letter pattern as fujikura .

Duffer19
i guess i will postone my axiv v 6066 purchase:) but please no leopard skin!! Isn't the v 6066 listed as a SR in the AXIV site spec? If your w6ba SR did not work, why do you think this SR would be different? IMO all JDM shafts are fairly comparable in their flex ratings for weight class.

IMO all JDM shafts are fairly comparable in their flex ratings for weight class. yes its an sr although the weight is roughly 8 grams lighter than the roddio which i about what im looking for. also the roddios seem to play softer than flex compared to the axivs so im willing to give it a go. thats also why i wanted to know the cpm of the 6066 from actual owners to compare with the data i have on my roddio. i have a graphite design oem for sword katana driver that is sr although it coms at only 230. my point is flex ratings arent much accurate nowadays and are not standardized among manufacturers
Duffer19
C; This is exactly my point. I think I swing slower than you but I am playing stiff in the follow shafts: Fuji speeder 569 Fuji Tour Platform Zcom mw 54 Fuji Six GD W70 GD PT 6 Machline 7060 and considering changing my White d63 from a R to S soon. Oem are even softer I think. Its your call of course but this is from my past experience.
idrive
I am swinging right about 100-103 with my driver. I have the Tempo down pretty smooth. The Roddio W6ba SR is working very nicely. I had the same shaft in Stiff and the SR is just as good for me if not better. T - E - M - P - O the Axiv-v 7072, in Stiff flex (the shaft in my other EPON) is only .2 less torque. Pretty tough to tell that little difference apart. **EDIT I am wrong.. the difference is .4 less torque 4.0 for the Roddio (SR) compared to 3.6 for the Axiv-v 7072-Stiff The Roddio W6ba in stiff flex is 3.9 torque Edited August 29, 2007 by idrive
