TBone
Now that the MP 600 has been introduced in the U.S., I'm curious what Mizuno Japan is saying. I'm sure Mizuno Japan will have a similar offering.....any news? Anyone have a chance to hit the MP 600 yet?
gocchin
It'll be interesting to see as traditionally the lineups have been seperate with the US having their own driver models and Japan their own. This year alone, Mizuno has released the MP Craft 425, 460 JPX E500 and JPX Light, that's four drivers this season alone!
TBone
Anyone demo the MP 600 yet? What is the initial feedback?
TBone
Curious to hear how Mizuno Japan is marketing the MP 600....now with 3 MP options (MP Craft 425, Craft 460 and MP 600). A moveable weight Craft? Are the custom options available on the MP 600 the same as they are with the Crafts? I assuming the USDM MP 600 is the same as the JDM Model. Any playing comparisons between the Crafts and 600?
gocchin
Pretty much four models in circulation now... JPX E500, MP Craft 425 and 460 and the MP 600. As with all Mizuno drivers in Japan it is full customizable directly from Mizuno including custom lengths from 44.5" to 45.75" in 0.25" increments. And get this.... Available with 107 different shaft options. Yes i wrote that correctly. ONE HUNDRED AND SEVEN. Besides their Quad line of shafts, all Fujikura's including every Speeder model and Rombax model (even the prototype) as well as EVERY shaft from Graphite Design and Diamana (except ali'iseli) can be ordered directly from Mizuno. You even have your choice from 20 different grips. Custom swingweight from C9-D8 is available as well. So besides all the customizations, yeah it's the same driver as the US model. As for what they are saying, I have a lot of reading to catch up on but I will find out. (^_^)
xchangmanx
I have to say, regarding drivers; Mizuno JDM's craft 425 and 460 are IMO way nicer to look at than the MP600 or any USDM mizuno drivers for that matter. Plus w/all the shaft options, o_O; I just wish Mizuno US started selling JDM stuff... then of course JDM wouldn't be JDM...
TBone
Can someone explain the differences in materials used in the Craft Series and the MP 600? Thanks!
