+TourSpecGolfer
Check it out guy's Crews golf has just released a Limited 1000pc set 52/57 combo of a Raw Spin Max wedge. The wedge is made of 8620 cast carbon steel yet feels like an ultra soft forging. It has a raw polished finish and hand milled grooves and face. I few sets only for those looking for the most spin possible from any wedge available.
Mojoman
Very cool Chris....what is the price going to be on this set?
+TourSpecGolfer
Its 449.00 plus shipping and paypal fee's. These have a raw finish and a very sweet soft feel, taking a look at the grooves up close they are deep, clean and sharp. I took the set out onto the course for practice time 4 times last week and they provide the most spin I have ever seen, Imagine the GAS1 Forged wedges with the illigal bottom milled 5 grooves, well these are legal and pack the same amount of spin if not more. When your shot requires to slide the ball up the face it produces the most of any hands down.

Spoon
with so many wedges coming out it getting harder and harder to decide on one. im wondering why they opted to make it high quality cast when they could have just forged it. this a durability issue? thanks
+TourSpecGolfer
Not sure why they made it cast but its softer than many forgings I have tried. Brands like Fourteen, Honma, and Crews have butter castings if that makes any sense. The sole grind is spectacular I noticed crews now has a more subtle " triple sole " in all of their wedges. I will ask them why and see what they say.
