March 6, 200817 yr Hello all, I have no experience with Yamaha equipment but I am interested in buying the new 4.6 driver. I have played several usdm drivers over the years, and most play and spec to a higher loft. BStone/Tourstage seem the only drivers that play true. Can I assume an Inpress 10 degree will measure at 10 degrees or close to it? I have no issues with ordering a 9 if need be, but I would like some experienced opinions if possible. Thank you.
March 6, 200817 yr The Yamaha's are very good drivers. They are close to spec, perhaps a degree off. In GDO's test of real lofts, an off the shelf Yamaha 460D 10* (last years model) measured out around 11* real loft.
