TourStage x-blade GR Black

Picked up a x-drive GR Black driver and saw the x-blade GR black irons. They look pretty nice, but hesitant to buy without knowing a little about the characteristics. Specifically forgivenss and feel.

How forgiving are they?

How is the feel and is there a click sound/feel?

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks

Randy

I think they definitely look better than the previous gen GR's. Based on the features and design they are supposed to be more forgiving. However a similar undercut and sup10 face probably equal a slight click on impact.

I have about 3 rounds under my belt with this club and in short it's solid and long.

The feel as gochi mentioned is somewhat of a click but semi crunchy and overall solid.

Of just about every black ion driver on the market my golf partners, myself and others see a slight increase in distance. I would have to say about 5-10 yds

The ball flight is high, very high at 9.5 it flies higher than any other 9.5 but even higher than most 12's!

I must also say it is not as forgiving as one would expect. When hitting heel and toe shots it felt dead and lost more distance on others

Gocchin,

Have you heard any reviews on the x- blade GR black irons? I know it's new but there has to be some reviews out by now.

Thanks
