Posted August 6, 200816 yr I've been away from JDM stuff for a while. I'm looking for a new iron set to suit my game. I have srixon zr-600 and I need to change to blades now. As for USDM irons, I'm really interested in the new bridgestone j36s. What about JDM irons? What's the latest irons that rival epon type Js, in terms of looks, feel and control? I'm looking for classic looking blades, as you have noticed in my selection of j36s. Thanks in advance for the suggestions.
August 7, 200816 yr Miura 5003, recieved last week, been to the range twice, cannot believe how good they are. Forgiving (for a blade), workable, thin top line, as soft as butter and very easy on the eye. Playing on course this weekend.
August 8, 200816 yr When it comes to a blade (US or JDM) for me the Cobra Pro-MB's are without a doubt my fav's. Ultra clean lines; modern MB so it's pretty darn forgiving and the feel is incredible. I think you would be very happy with these...BB Edited August 8, 200816 yr by BigBen

If you consider the GSMB a blade and a viable option, they actually feel the best and are more forgiving than the others in this post. Miura MB5003 has got to be one of best blades ever produced, FYI we can get them in flat black or dark chrome finish custom. October release of Epon's new Muscle Back
