February 21, 200916 yr Which has the stiffer tip....GD Tour AD 95 or Fujikura 9E05? Anyone have any comparisons, pro's/con's of each?
February 21, 200916 yr If its the AD-95 you are comparing with T, according to my shaft bible, the 9E05 is more geared towards control and the AD-95 more towards distance peformance. The overall profile of the 9E05 is slightly stiffer but trajectory is a tad higher most likely because the GD is mid to high kick while the Fuji is low to mid kick. Interestingly shafted with the same head, the 9E05 in stiff had less back spin by a touch. Overall finished club with a 5 iron in stiff flex was 306cpm for the fuji and 298cpm for the GD.
