Ok so in a beautiful world where money wasn't an issue, and you wanted the best quality forged steel/ best feeling Miura iron they've ever produced, which of the following is it? According to them.

1) MB-5003

2)US 2007 blade

3)US 1957 small blade special edition

    I agree the MB5003 is the one I'd pick, its very forgiving for a blade also.
