jnims29
Has anyone played these? Where are they forged? I am looking to replace my MP-32's.
gocchin
Forged in Japan at Srixons own plant. Currently the most professional/low handicapper model in the Srixon Japan retail lineup. Very compact and thin topline and setup pretty much like a blade. Srixon forgings are more crisp and this one is no exception though a very solid iron. jnims29
By cripser, do you mean they have a little firmer feel compared to epon or tourstage? Edited March 13, 2009 by jnims29
gocchin
By cripser, do you mean they have a little firmer feel compared to epon or tourstage? Yes that is what I mean. Probably more comparable to Tourstage than Epon feel wise which is of course good feel. But of course feel is subjective. (^_^)

+TourSpecGolfer
In regards to the ZR-30, we can have the heads ordered from the Japan Tour Van then assembled at any specs you desire.
jnims29
Now my interest is definitely peaked! The stock shafts were somewhat of a turn-off.
languidcrane
I pm'ed Gocchin about the irons when I saw the pics from address in the 2009 Japan Golf fair pics. Definately my favorite players cavity at the moment b/c of the compact head and almost no offset. They also seem to have more of a boxy toe than tourstage or epon irons (a plus in my book). I also like the dark satin mixed with chrome - very classy. The fact you can get these custom spec'ed from the srixon van just sealed the deal for me - these irons will be purchased within the next month. jnims29
Great to hear, let me know how it goes. I am still thinking it over about my next iron set. Right now I am torn between these and the 2009 TM TP forged.
gocchin
All Srixon and XXIO clubs are available custom through our custom clubs ordering and always have been. The Tour Van availability is new and an added bonus.
