+TourSpecGolfer
The new Red Stripe Rossa putters were just introduced to Japan and they look pretty solid. Pro Shop Description: Taylormade Japan introduces its all new Rossa Red Stripe Daytona putter for 2009. The Rossa Red Stripe putters flank a long white stripe with two red ones to create an alignment aid that allow the player to esily square the ball to the target. The key is that the red stripe alingment aid is the same length as the diameter of a ball. The Red Stripes feature ASGI+ for anti skidding with instant roll and soft feel. ASGI+ reduces extra backspin to give the ball as smooth roll to the target. The Red Stripe putters feature Rossa's Smart Grip. The Smart Grip is yet another alignment aid with dots to show positioning of the hand. This allows players to remember their hand position (choked down or higher up) depending on the length of the putt. Each dot is exactly an inch apart. The Red Stripe putters are only available in 35" and made of soft 304SS and a Titalium face. Randy
Currently on a business trip in Japan and saw these in a store. They look really nice and really frame the ball well.
