A think a good baseline would be 100 however there are numerous variables such as tempo, club set-up, etc.

For whatever it is worth, I have just installed a SR on my Legacy. It is 45" non tip and the cpm is 232, a R flex by North American standard. My original stock S was 241 cpm at the same length. My normal SS is 88 mph or just under 40 ms.

I haven't been measured with a driver but my average swing speed with an iron 6 is 80 mph.

Is it possible to make an estimation of my driver swing speed?

I went through a professional clubfitting and was fitted to a Adams 9032TI 10.5 with Basarra Griffin Tour Stiff flex shaft @ 44.50 inches. I swing that combo around 95 mph. It doesn't feel boardy but I too tend to hit fades. I tend to have a quick/fast tempo but am learning smooth is better. I will post my LM numbers when I get back home as I'm traveling now and have that data on another computer.

I wouldnt agree with the Tour Stiff at 95mph swing speed. The Basarra in my opinion is a bit anti left which may be increasing the fade for you.
