shoutout33
Sup people! This question is addressed to gocchin, but anyone can chime in if they have the knowledge. Gocchin, I was wondering if and when you plan to do a video review/documentary on wedges and how to choose them. I don't know about the different specs and whatnot, (except for the bounce...) but it'd be cool if you did or found a study like you did with the drivers specs for the loft, face, hosel etc. More and more I'm really understanding the importance of wedges and why a lot of the pros carry more than two. (Heard that some even carry four wedges in their bag!) Believe you me, I'm an fordged blade, custom driver wannabe nut! But I'm understanding more and more that wedges are very, very important in this game and any knowledge you and Chris can give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. I actually have a lot of info about wedges, the types grinds, head shapes, and so on... Let me see what I can dig up.

Thanks gocchin! (^_^) I know that you are very busy and this will be a great addition to the entire forum. Thanks again and look forward to your documentary. Hey, this is off subject, but is there anyway to watch pro golf in JP?

Thanks again and look forward to your documentary. Hey, this is off subject, but is there anyway to watch pro golf in JP? You mean watch JPGA events on U.S TV? I wish there was but even via the web we can't find the video.
RIduffer
Any progress on the documentary?
ant
you can get a fairly good idea on grinds here http://www.vokey.com/tech_central/page.aspx?id=34# and here http://www.ping.com/customize/default.aspx and thats imho the main thing to think about when selecting your wedges. all other factors are easier to nail since you already know what kinda short game you have or wanna have going forward eg face angles and your personal club preferences eg swing weight, head shape etc.
