Likely to be genuine? ive been seeing that for weeks. i am not aware of that kind of iron head and i know most of the irons pre type x and these certainly do not fall in that period. i cant say for sure that they are genuine nor fake. ask TSGER or Gocchin. only think indicating that they are epons are the engraving on the hosel. FatMan
The design on the cavity seems similar to the PRGR TR-500s. Curious to know what the text on the cavity reads...
+TourSpecGolfer
I just sent Endo Japan an inquiry on these irons, Should have a response in a day or two. My best guess so far is that they are not actual prototypes by Epon. The font for the word EPON is new style yet the model name is 200. Also the finish, face shape, top line curve, and bead blast are nothing like what Epon/Endo usually produces.

stalemate
You know whoever is buying these are getting freakin ripped off. The greatness of Epon is that is made at Endo....NOT CHINA!

Vineman23
Always pays to be aware of ebay and other auction sites, as always if the price is too good to be true then it is fake but they are getting smarter and pricing there stuff at close to real and people are getting ripped off. Mate of mine bought a whole set of R9 with bag and scotty putter "brand new" for $1100, 4 rounds in and driver has come loose! My idea is to buy from retailers to start which keeps the industry going then from a few guys either in person or on bst it may cost you a few bucks extra but you are getting value for your money! gus
I've forced myself to avoid golf equipment on Ebay for this very reason, I support my favorite retailers who go out of there way to offer me a fair price and quality service....BB
gocchin
I reported that seller. Everyone who has an ebay account should to save somebody from being ripped off.

gus
Ebay can and will always be a crap shoot, I take the time to communicate with the seller and ask for something (anything) that shows me his/her interest in selling legitmate product, if not I will pass...BB Edited September 26, 2010 by BigBen
Jerry in China
Well, there are some design elements in it though... I hate fakes, but fakes give me one more excuse when I cannot handle a club... Hahaha
