gbs
Thats made for the Japanese market stew you are right. anything that has a triangle on the bottom and ZABI written on it is for JDM. i have the mallet of the similar model that you are talking about. BB7 studio stock however is not.
irishputter
JBS is right, made for Japanese market. IMO - Bettinardi make some of the best quality putters on the globe. Since it is the one club used for every hole, it is worth it to get the best, and this company makes them. Sorry I can't give you more input on this particular one, but as a company, they know what they are doing.
jcigars
Anytime you see MC on a Bettinardi putter it signifies it was made for the Japanese market. The "MC" stands for Maru Crews. Allot of times you will also see a Triangle on the sole with "Zabi" engraved it represents Shigeki's group of friends or clan so to speak. Shigeki Maruyama won several times using a Bettinardi putter back when Bob started milling putters with his own name on them. Most of the BB7's were milled back in 1999 there were both Tour and production runs in this model. They were both very limited.
