Yonex Ezone Testing

Was at the driving range today and noticed the complete range of Yonex Ezone Clubs, tried a few, here are my thoughts:-

Forged PB 6 iron with Nippon NS Pro Shaft GH Shaft; All I can say is if I was looking for a new set of irons these would be the ones. Great feel, excellent length, very forgiving and really nice to look at. On par with my VG3's but feel better, wow.

Composite 6 iron with Nano (something) shaft; Ok but nothing special, no forged feel here, shaft was a let down, distance ok, to be honest, I would forget this one and buy the Forged PB.

Driver 420, 9.5 with Nano (something red and something blue) shaft; Nice solid feel but it does lack the explosion of the face, length very good but ball flight really high and I mean really high, tried both shafts and not much difference, love to try it with a Crazy.

If I was looking for a new set of clubs, I could do a lot worse than the complete Yonex range, which would keep my pockets a lot heavier than usual and my credit card bill very light.

The only clubs not coming to the UK, is the 380 driver.

im completely convinced. i love the yonex gear, im gaming the ryo irons, have had two sets of the ryo generation irons and they

are one of the best feeling irons i have hit. i was curious about the pb irons and was actually considering getting the 3iron head

to match my ryo irons. but also thinking about the yonex #3 zero iron.

i also love the 380cc, i have the 10 deg and its awesome, still getting the hang of it. its unfortunate though they dont have it in the UK. you

can however get it here in tsg.

Nice R, I don't ever remember seeing any Jpspec gear doing Any demo here down under. Maybe I need to change range.

Ukok,

I have a Yonex 380 head I got through the TSG site that is now extra (due buying one of Supo67's JBeam Crazy driver's)! It is a 9* and has only been hit a dozen times (can post/send photo's - absolutely unmarked). I get to the UK a lot with work. Would you be interested in it if I could get it to you for $350US delivered (that is a $25US discount plus no freight costs). I would bring it into the country so you wouldn't need to pay Duty!

If interested, please let me know (PM or on this topic is fine by me).

Pete

P.S. Sorry for thread jacking. It seems appropriate due no 380's in the UK!

Thanks for the offer, cannot see anything taking the Ryoma out of my bag for some time, so on this occasion, I will pass.
