Thats a coincidence, Just picked up these beauties from Parcelforce this morning.

Yuyuri KM- 0107, Crazy CB1-02 Evolution (S) with Now On No1 grips.

Tried chipping with the PW in the office, just flew of the face, will not be doing that again.

Unfortunately, no pictures as I cannot upload for some reason.

Wow, that is a good catch. What do you intend to put them in?

Why did you go down the LY Neo path as opposed to the CB Evolution or the Limited iron shafts?

I am thinking about these as well to put in a set of the Bridgestone 905s I just got. Hoping for a lower flight path than the NS 950 as well as lighter weight...

Thanks,

RIDuffer

These are not the Evolutions, they're the LYI Neo. They're hot off the oven, not even listed anywhere on Crazy's or TSG's web sites yet. ;)

The Evolutions and Limited Eds are heavier than I'd like. I wanted something in the 70+g range and that meant the Longest Yard Iron shafts. Tario suggested I wait the Neos, I did and here we are.

What characteristics besides a lightweight were you after?

Cool. I wish there was more info out there about graphite shafts so i would have the confidence to buy some.

I wanted graphite weight, length/distance and 'forgiveness', especially on the vibration on mis-hits. Most of the highly rated graphite shafts would give me all of that. But I also wanted steel dispersion, which reduces the choices down to Crazy. I narrowed it down to the LYI , the rest were either too heavy (Evos, Lim Eds) or too light (LYI Light, Super Light), and based on my experience with the LYI driver shafts, it was a no-brainer when I was advised about the LYI Neo really. ;)
