supo
Last friday, i looked disconsolately at my stash and i decided that i have far far too many irons sets that i leave idle ,so i packed a bag and headed down the beach. couldnt choose which set to play so this got the nod... 2i---miura 5002 PX 6.0 3i---fourteen tc-1000--NS sp blue S 4i---zone sprout proto -ns1050x 5i----yamaha tour 2008- NS ora S 6i---yamaha tour 2011--NS ora x 7i---yamaha tour 2010-- Ns proto 2 f15x 8i---miuraism sb-01---ks tour 120 9i---kyoei v muscle- Ns proto DP pw--tourstage 901--dgs200 FINALLy i had the oportunity to see how each club felt in a match agaisnt each other, and the diffence is absolutely enormous. all these clubs ilove but i realised i like certain shafts better than others. ive spent ages trying to match the heads with the best shafts, and a far as ive found these are pretty much it, aprt form the tourstage 901 pw which i havnt got around to yet. and the 2f15 in the yamaha 2010 which i think is prob just a bit too strong for my liking, cant deny how good they are , but i like a softer feel and these are super tingy. played pretty well for the most and chopping and changing between differnt lofts lies and soles does get a bit "gulp". not sure if ill do this every weekend, but for a one off it was a great time. i do have some pretty good iron sets to play around with, theres one glaring omission that i might just have to reconsile soon , and it will take every ounce of self restraint , (a comoodity that i have in 0 supply) to stop myself. was a fun experiment. btw all these irons absolutely rock.
