idrive
Okay... this might be kinda stupid but.....have you thought about playing just one brand?? I know this thread has been up before but I can't find it. I always thought I'd play an all Epon bag before I played anything else.... But for a full line a few years back my answer was Tourstage. Things have sure changed with TS falling a couple of notches After evaluating my game and needs I have a new front runner. If I had to choose one brand my first choice would be...... PRGR - followed closely by Yamaha Epon Tourstage Akira Fourteen Mizuno Yonex Big fan of Sky Dream Jump but no Woods.... Same with Gold's Factory Need to find a PRGR Putter,,,,, How hard would it be to play just one brand??? What would you choose??
gian11
I would play the YAMAHA followed by MIURA. I'd like to choose miura but not quite sure about their woods.
Spoon
Well I used to have an all epon bag And it would also be my brand if I were to choose One brand. Currently I'm gaming their driver, ute, irons. Yamaha would be second. These are the only brands I would consider
coops1967
Epon. I'd get another 901 19deg but in copper-chrome to match 4-PW 301's in copper chrome wedges in copper-chrome Putter - well, could get the Epon Anser in copper-chrome i guess... but would prefer a copy of my Odyssey Backstryke Sabretooth (!). Get Byron to mill it, and Epon to plate it in .... copper-chrome Driver - maybe the 102, but needs a 'naked' no paintfill with the head nitrided - gives an extremely hard surface, very very scratch resistant... and an interesting dark greyish look. This watch has nitrided titanium bracelet and crown :- think that should do it... along with an Epon Dog bag. Coops

Vegaman
Including the ball? Tourstage.
supo
yamaha..........., def no 1 tour driver 10 * v- 17* 5w utility. 4-pw yamaha tour 2008 or 2012 51- 56- 61 wedges putter well thats not really fair. epon.... 101 9.5* 202 3w. 901 ute. 4-pw af-tour copper wedges. tourstage woods dont really get me excited at all. their irons and wedges tho, and putters are terrific. oh and balls.. prgr prob the easist of the lot the driver id struggle with but the GN form last r might do. the egg 3 + 5 no probs 6 ironset of form egg irons as a ute. md 900 tr irons all day every day , still one of the best sets ive ever played. yonex u could have a lash at easily as well. nextage 9* driver. the new woods. the new irons and wedges, yea thats a good bag. but i cant look past YAMAHA Edited December 11, 2011 by supo67
bogeydog
No surprise I would choose Yamaha. Their line doesn't have any real weakness except the putter. Performance, looks, feel, and choices for different players are second to none. Once their clubs make it in my bag, they tend to stay for a long time. That says a lot. Epon I second. Then there may be a distant third. PRGR gets a little goofy in there designs for me so I would put OnOff in third.
JuanSeries
My first choice would be Epon followed closely by Yamaha...would consider yonex with the absence of the previous two.
robbie
Epon and Yamaha.....haha you could flipflop my choices and i would not complain.......probably a wee edge to Yamaha....no worries about the putter !

Ara selai
In my mind, the question comes down to which club or clubs you'd be willing to compromise on: driver, woods, utes, irons, wedges, or putter. To be honest, I don't think I've hit a complete range of clubs from ANY brand. But the one that comes to mind first is... Titleist. None of their clubs is MY favorite, but they've got clubs in every category that would at least have to be near the top of any critically considered list. For me, right now, I'd hate to abandon my Miura irons and putter, so I'd (very happily) take a swag of their K and Y grind wedges, and make do with their driver and woods, which were not my favorites, but I didn't hate. After that, it would be Yamaha, Epon, or Royal Collection. Love Yamaha from the driver through the irons; have never tried their wedges or putters. Ditto for Epon. I haven't found a RC driver I like, but I love their woods, utes, irons, and wedges; no idea about their putters. Yeah, I'd go against the flow and go MIURA, without too much regret. Ara selai
Including the ball, maybe back to Titleist.

potuna
No way I could game one OEM, I can find irons in one , drivers ,fwy and utes in an other, putters has to be a Betti and ball in another.
