About to receive my JBeam BM-FW HG 3 wood and not sure what shaft to use.

My Egg Spoon has a Kai'li 70 (S) and my Sonartec NP99 an Accra (S). Both excellent but I'm in experimental mode.

Was thinking about a Matrix TP 7 HD, which I can get hold of but did no want to cut down unless proven.

Trying to avoid Crazy's as already use in several clubs.

My only parameters are 70g weight, stable tip, low torque.

Any thoughts?

GD AD DJ 8 S?

I'm going to put one in my 3 wood next week.

or the DI's?

I was going to chuck the Accra shaft in my Epon, I've heard really good reports!

Best of luck ... as it's a mine field out there!

I would second the DJ8 recommendation. Mine should arrive early Jan so will let post feedback.

the kaili is ver yhard to top

however......,

quadra fire express 75s or xs

these work as good if not bettter in 3woods than they do in driver shafts if thats possible.

just fantastic.

Di-7 and Mitsubishi Blueboard 83 are the 2 best 3 wood shafts I've found.

I found the Di 8 s just to Stiff with a very low flight.....

Just me results!

Well after much consideration, I have 4 possibilities and in no particular order;

Accra Tour Z

Harrison Mugen Black (most probably too light but a heavier one coming out soon)

Kai'li

GD Tour AD DJ7

Unfortunately, my club fitter has departed to countries unknown. Does anyone know a good club maker in the London (UK) area?

You could try these

Have only heard good things about them but as I am located in C London, a pain in the butt to get to especially on a regular basis.

Try www.urbangolf.co.uk, Epon and Miura dealer, full custom fitting, golf simulators (not many courses in central London) and located in Kennsington,Smithfield and Soho so you can just jump a tube.

Kai'li staying in spoon.

Looking very much like an Accra, very impressed with their shafts.
