Robb40
just sold my Crazy 460 head. I tried this head with many different shafts. great feel and forgiveness but the high launch did not work for me for max distance. I hit the ball fairly high naturally. I am now thinking about the Crazy 435II. Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance for your time. I currently game the Yonex Ezone 380 9*. Sweet driver but we are in the honeymoon stage. It may prove to be too much for me but as of now it is in the trial stage.
Mjr. D
I have the original 435 and I don't like the feel at all, or the sound but it's distance and low spin/launch is VERY impressive, especially when teamed up with a Crazy. With that being said, I'm going to sell it soon and look for something new in 2012.

Feel and sound are important to me so the original is definitely not for me.
robbie
I have a yonex 380 as well and i really do like that club, its carry is from avg to good but it rolls out very very well ! The club is pretty forgiving for a smaller headed club and the only reason i moved away from it is because winter came and i needed high soaring bombs which were all carry !!!! Im loving my Kamui so im not sure if the yonex will make it back into my bag ....... (Have u considered the 2012 Yamaha drivers ? I ve heard many good things about them ! ) Edited January 25, 2012 by robbie

Wow I am really liking the 380 Yonex. Did you have that bad of an experience with it? I hit some of my best drives with it in 34* temps. Rollout is insane. Cant imagine the summer roll it will get. i know that the launch monitor numbers will be too low but our course really does not require big carry bombs to be competitive. JimThitipongSrivatanakul
I have the Crazy 435ii shafted with Crazy Noir 80 LS in 8.2 flex at loft 9 and 46 inch long. This head is a no spinner. The ball won't launch high (I'm also a high ball launcher) and roll not less than 30 yards. The sound is better than the Ryoma (I have Ryoma V-spec 8.5 in TJ-80 8.7 flex) but fall short on feel. The Driver head. for me, looks better than Ryoma in address as it is open on the club face. I like it over than Ryoma so far.

I want a low launch but I really want a driver that i can swing hard and fast with to maximize my avg S swing.

JimThitipongSrivatanakul
I gain more distance from 435ii more than the Ryoma. It's a low launch and no spin (I paired it with Nior 80ls) driver.

Craig
Robb40 I think the Royal Dec will go great in this head. I have a 435II head with a LY 01 Hot Black and it is nice. In my opinion the 435II head looks great and feels great as well and my actual next step is to put a Royal Dec shaft in it to try. I dont thonk this head is as long as the 435 though but looks and feels so much nicer. Shame you sold the 460 head as there is a good chance you may want to go back to it. I am down to getting a 435II or going back to the 460. It was a great head but I need a lower launch angle.
