Shankopotamus
I wasn't into JDM clubs when these clubs were released. Can anyone shed some light on these woods, particularly the fairway woods. High/low launch, forgiveness, feel, distance compared to more recent woods? Thanks.
+TourSpecGolfer
Deep faced, lower trajectory and not the easiest to get into the air. They are built like mini drivers though and great off the tee.
idrive
A very good players, FW. Better in softer/lush conditions. Tough to hit on hard pan fairways. Right shaft, right player and conditions, they are as good as any in terms of quality, feel and performance. Just thought I'd reword Tourspecgolfer's reply. ;)
Shankopotamus
Chris, I know it's you job and all, but you must have had your hands on thousands of clubs. It's amazing that you remember the characteristics of each of them so well. Or do you have a spreadsheet of notes, hah!
+TourSpecGolfer
It's an easy one to remember. It was moved into the AF line with no changes but I played this club for a pretty long time. I can get along great with the 5 & 7's but the 3 would give me fits off the fairway. like idrive said from fluffy rough sitting high it was as long as a driver.
